Frequently Asked Questions

Due to demand and changes in Government regulations, guests are now able to book our outdoor tables to dine with friends and family outside their household.

Please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside. We will always accommodate you inside if there is availability but this is not guaranteed. We recommend calling our reservations team if it is due to rain to check if there is availability inside.

We currently have a limited number of heaters on the terrace. We recommend dressing warmly outside as we approach the winter months.

We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant, including outdoor terraces or the conservatory. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome.

Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-7pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside this time, please dial 0193 290 1777 and your call will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

Our largest online table is for a maximum of 8 guests. However, we will do our best to accommodate larger parties where possible. Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however tables are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

We do not allow any party decorations in the restaurant such as balloons, banners, confetti and glitter. Should you wish to have a celebration cake, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we would be delighted to assist.
